Zoya color boxes
I got two of these for Christmas and they are so much cuter than I expected. Its a nice velvet like black box inside of a black Zoya cardboard box. Perfect for gifts! The top closes with a hidden magnetic closure. I got it on special where I was able pick what colors are in the box. Usually they have sets of colors available. You can also buy the box separately. Magnetic polish!
I've had this beauty sitting under my tree for a bit now. The hubby stole it and wrapped it! Its Nails Inc. magnetic nail polish. The shade is a gorgeous purple called 'houses of parliament'.
Even without the very unique aspect of the magnet added in this polish is a beautiful shade. OK so basically you do your normal base coat then one regular coat of the magnetic polish. You let that dry and add a second (thick) coat of polish. It's important to do one finger at a time. Right after the second coat you hold the magnet of the nail and hold it for a few seconds. At first I wasn't getting a deep design and figured out it was because I didn't hold the magnet over the nail long enough. After that you put your normal top coat over and its good to go! It is an amazing look!! Very unique.

What I love right now..
I love Soma. Love every single thing I've ever gotten there. I have their vanishing edge panties, dresses, bras, PJs, pants and capris. The panties are amazing. They have silicon on the edges so they don't creep and there are absolutely no panty lines. Every single thing they make is so soft. I live in their dresses in the summer.
My Soma pjs... Oh my...LOVE them. They are a tad pricey at full price, which is why I wait and ask for them for Christmas :) Hubby came through and got me the Retro Lace set. Right now they are having a great sale. However even at full price they are so worth it. They are super soft and the most comfortable things I own. And they are so pretty.

Review: Neutrogena microdermabrasion
I bought this a few weeks ago since I had a $3 off coupon and had read that it was a good system. I finally used it the other night. WOW! First time I saw results. My skin was so soft and smooth. I even enlisted my husband so I could see if it did the same to his skin (it did!). It was super easy. Pop in batteries, put on the puff and go all around your face. Rinse and that's it. I will continue to use it the three times a week like it says and report back. So far I am very impressed.

For instance: Another (Not so) Blind riddle
Just to put out there what kind of things Lainey says in her blind riddles here is one that's a little bit older.

He like his sex unconventional. Some would call it experimental, certainly vigorous, and definitely physical. Maybe too physical. Mixing pain into his pleasure, and cutting very, very close to a dangerous line is taking its toll on his body. He shows up with strange bruises, the next week it’s a minor fracture, his neck has been strained, sometimes there’s a knee brace, the shoulder’s been f-cked up for a while, and his back is a chronic issue too.
The excuse of course is that he’s active, that he exercises, he’s sporty, and that’s true, yes, but the injuries are not sustained while playing pickup, no, not at all. The injuries happen when he’s doing his business with his steady girl, a willing and capable participant.
His doctor is aware of what’s been ailing him, and WHY it’s ailing him. Helps when he can. But he’s been urged to take it easy because lately it’s been getting too rough. Especially with insurance and medicals and all that kind of paperwork, it’s hard to explain away the cuts and sprains, the little accidents that seem to be occurring with increasing frequency. He’s so into it, and he gets so off on it, it’s hard from him to curtail his fun. But they all agree, at least it’s been the case in the past, that when it’s time to get to work, he manages to keep his freak under control.

It’s important to be conscientious about your personal time and whether or not it infringes on your professional time. I try to imagine her saying these things to George Clooney and I wonder if she delivers her lines before or after she puts the tie around his neck.

You ask for a wedding and some babies. No no, Stacy hasn’t asked for those...yet. But she did post this on her Twitter with the caption:

Could be a nephew or a niece. Could be a friend’s kid. I’m just saying less has scared him away. You know how he is. She’ll have to make up for this baby picture with a nice firm headlock tonight.

In case you didn't know I am pretty much obsessed with this gossip lady Lainey. I adore her..even though I don't agree with everything she says. She spent quite a lot of time hating my BF for some umm..past behaviors...damn it that I never made it to a concert during his whore time.. Anywho she does these 'blind riddles'. IE she will give some good dirt on a famous person while not giving the name. Some gossip people do this with no intention of ever giving up the dirt. Lainey delivers. She usually gives some great clues so we can figure it out. Here's the latest:

Would you still love him if you knew that he stomps around the set, holding up production, when his tea is brought to him at not the right temperature?
Would you still love him if you found out he delayed filming, and an entire crew, for several hours, because he HAD TO HAVE HIS LUNCH from a place that was off site so they had to drive there to get it and come back, only it was missing an ingredient and he sent it back?
Would you still love him if he refused to report to set after visiting wardrobe and found out someone else had been joking around with his hat and he insisted it wasn't sitting right on his head anymore?
Her clues so far: its not Benedict Cumberbatch, Robert Downey Jr or Michael Fassbender.
And guess who the guesses are for...please I caught my breath when I kept reading who so many thought it was...Yes my other BF...The Gos! Seriously? They think my Ryan Gosling..star of the ultra sensitive Notebook could do this? Please no..Oh and BTW did you know he allegedaly declined the offer of People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive? What do we think of that? I think it makes me love him even more.

New polish!
I will have a ton of new polishes to swatch after Christmas....yes the hubby took it upon himself to assume that my polish haul from our TX trip was part of my Xmas. Grr... I did manage to sneak away two polishes before he could get them...ok actually he had to ration them out to me like some sort of crack head. Don't judge me..
So here is one that I grabbed on a whim because it looked cute in the bottle and had a scent to it. I usually don't buy polishes without looking up a swatch. I had the hubby breathing down my neck at Sally's so it was a quick grab :)
This is Color Club in Sugar Plum Yum. The smell is very strong after it dries. I can't quite pin my finger on what it is.. it just seems fruity to me. D (the hubby) did not appreciate the smell. Thank goodness the smell fades a bit because trust me, it is strong!
So its a clear polish with purple hexagon shaped glitters and small green (think normal everyday shaped and size) glitter. I never really understood what bloggers meant when they said they didn't paint a glitter but moved it around. That's what you have to do to this one to get it opaque, which is the look I went for. One normal painted coat and then moving around the second and I pretty much got it!
Here's a picture and please excuse the quality as I have lost my camera and had to use the trusty sidekick (IE iPhone). I left two nails with only one coat so you can see what that would be like.
Pretty neat! Now the bad part: of course it's a b^&ch to remove this kind of glitter. With my top coat it stayed pretty well until I was cleaning and washed my hands a million and one times, while doing dishes. And it didn't so much chip as start to peal up at the tip. I was in a rush when I applied it and didn't use my base (bad Kim). That may have helped.
